Greater Texas | Aggieland Credit Union is hiring a Branch Associate to deliver top-tier member service in-branch, drive day-to-day transactions, and open accounts. The role offers a clear career path from I to III with mentorship and training to grow within the credit union.

Weekly hours are set Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:30 pm with rotating Saturday shifts. The team emphasizes relationship-building, community involvement, and a supportive, volunteer-friendly company culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year in a customer-facing role (Branch Associate I).
• Branch Associate II requires 1+ year in a retail branch role at a credit union or bank.
• Branch Associate III requires 3+ years in a retail branch role at a credit union or bank.
• Skills in Building Relationships, Verbal Communication, Attention to Detail, Cash Handling, Tech Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier member service in-branch, via drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Open new accounts including savings, checking, debit cards, and select loan products.
• Process routine transactions including payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Mentor and train new team members; participate in community outreach.
