Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to act as a financial consultant for members, including both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has multiple years of related experience, a MI insurance license, and strong communication skills to meet branch goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Michigan Producer Credit Insurance License is required for MI-based employees.
• Ability to obtain notary certification and NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial consultant for members and cross-sell banking products.
• Set up new accounts, process loans, and handle various financial products.
• Meet individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Build and maintain member relationships with high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguard member data.
• Assist with branch operations and provide support during peak times.
