Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell products and meet branch goals.
• Licensing requirements; notary certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote strong member interactions with a consultative approach to addressing financial needs.
• Educate members on LMCU products and services and cross-sell relevant offerings.
• Set up new consumer and business accounts; process loans and products.
• Build relationships to enhance member satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
