Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to serve as a financial consultant for members, guiding them through consumer and business banking needs and cross-selling products. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Michigan Producer Credit Insurance License required for MI-based employees.
• Ability to become registered through NMLS and obtain notary certification.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage new consumer and business accounts and loans.
• Cross-sell banking products (loans, cards, mortgages) to members.
• Provide consultative financial guidance and resolve member inquiries.
• Maintain accuracy of member data and ensure policy compliance.
