Job summary

University Federal Credit Union in Georgetown, TX, is seeking a Full-Time Teller to serve as the primary point of contact for member transactions and requests. Tellers build relationships and deliver exceptional service while identifying product needs and resolving issues.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, system navigation, and compliance with banking regulations. Hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with Saturday 9am–2pm, as part of a dynamic UFCU team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Six months customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance-related field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and maintain branch appearance while delivering services.
• Process member transactions and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Explain basic products and services and identify member needs.
• Conduct system navigation and update member information in various systems.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
