Insight Credit Union is seeking a Universal Representative for our Lake Mary, FL branch. This full-time role combines sales with high-quality member service, supporting teller transactions and accounts while building trusted relationships with members.

The position requires engaging, energetic, and personable interaction, delivering prompt, accurate service. Training is provided; hours are 32–40 per week, Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts.

Qualifikationen

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: strong communication, diplomacy and tact.
• Able to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard.

Aufgaben

• Consistently produces a high volume of sales while servicing both teller line and platform.
• Receives and processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balances cash drawer and end-of-day reports.
• Educates members about self-banking options including Online Banking and Mobile Banking; guides members to the best servicing channel.
• Opens and closes safe deposit boxes; assists with branch opening and closing processes; handles various branch duties.
• Handle outbound call lists to increase awareness of product offerings; assist in call center queue as needed.
