Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive customer service and sales experience.
• NMLS License required; Notary License due within 9 months.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process branch transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist with Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, and ACH Manager.
• Assist Branch Manager in balancing ATMs and vaults; train new employees; open/close procedures.
• Engage with members to discuss commercial loan products and banking services.
• Participate in community events, outreach, and business development activities.
