You will promote accounts and loan products while handling cash and processing transactions in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

The role emphasizes cross-selling credit union services, referral to other lines of business, and being a trusted guide for members’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive customer service and sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• NMLS license required; Notary license required or to be obtained within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote financial well-being of members by building relationships and cross-selling services.
• Handle branch cash transactions accurately and maintain balanced cash drawer.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and support branch management.
• Refer members to Commercial Loan Department and other lines of business as needed.
