You’ll cross-sell credit union services, guide members to suitable accounts and loans, and process transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced branch environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, NMLS license, notary, and 4+ years in service/sales with strong communication. Competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• NMLS license required; notary license required or within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by processing branch transactions accurately.
• Assist with setting up Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, and ACH Manager.
• Balance and maintain ATMs and vaults; assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Understand business structures (Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, Corporations).
• Engage in conversations about commercial loan products and their structures.
• Identify lending opportunities and refer to Commercial Loan Department.
• Participate in community events, outreach, and partner-driven memberships.
• Promote HFCU initiatives and participate in personal growth resources.
