Heritage Financial Credit Union in the Village of Wappingers Falls, NY, seeks a Financial Partner to guide members on their financial journeys. You will provide exceptional service, offer tailored solutions, and deepen relationships while handling cash and processing transactions accurately.

The role emphasizes cross-selling services and referring members to other lines of business, within a fast-paced community setting. A strong sales background and licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• NMLS license required; notary license within 9 months.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by accurately processing all branch transactions following proper procedures.
• Assist members in setting up ancillary business products and online banking features.
• Balance and maintain ATMs and vaults; train new employees; execute opening/closing procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of business structures (Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, Corporations).
• Engage in conversations with members about commercial loan products and their structures.
• Identify lending opportunities during account openings and member discussions.
• Participate in community events, outreach, and partner-driven memberships.
