You will guide members to suitable accounts and loans, cross-sell services, and refer members to other lines of business while handling cash efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• NMLS license required or must be obtained.
• A Notary license is required or must be obtained within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by accurately processing branch transactions.
• Assist members with Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, and ACH Manager.
• Balance ATMs and vaults, train new employees, and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Understand various business structures (Sole Proprietorships, LLCs, Corporations).
• Promote and cross-sell Heritage Financial Credit Union products and services.
• Engage in community outreach and outbound activities to generate new memberships.
