The role emphasizes cross-selling credit union services, outbound community engagement, and supporting digital enrollment for HFCU products. A strong focus on service and product knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive customer service and sales experience in financial services or related field.
• Experience with cash handling, deposits, loans, and cross-selling is preferred.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML basics and compliance practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by processing branch transactions accurately and balancing cash drawer.
• Assist members with online banking, remote deposit, merchant services, and ACH/manager tools.
• Support branch leadership in opening/closing procedures and ATM/vault oversight.
• Understand and explain commercial loan products and banking services to members.
