Heritage Financial Credit Union in Pine Bush, NY seeks a Financial Partner to promote member wellbeing by building relationships, guiding product choices, processing transactions, and delivering exceptional service.

You will engage with business and consumer members, participate in community events, and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment offering training and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive customer service and sales experience, preferably in financial industry.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and compliance.
• Ability to promote and refer credit union products and services.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service by processing branch transactions accurately and balances.
• Assist members with Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, ACH Manager.
• Balance ATMs and vaults, train new staff, and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Engage with business members about commercial loan products and structures.
• Identify lending opportunities and refer to Commercial Loan Department.
• Participate in community events, outreach, and partner-driven member conversations.
• Open new memberships via partners and promote additional products/services.
• Maintain knowledge of Heritage Financial products and policies.
