Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of lending/underwriting experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with tax returns, financials, appraisals, title work, and collateral info.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding service to members.
• Approve/deny loan requests within policy and communicate conditions.
• Coach and mentor staff to avoid incomplete loan applications.
• Identify opportunities to help members save money and reach goals.
• Review tax returns, income docs, and title work to finalize conditions.
• Balance productivity with attention to detail to meet service levels.
• Recognize viable loan alternatives when initial requests aren’t feasible.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and exercise sound judgment.
