Responsibilities

• Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly
• Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, loans, cards, and fraud resolution
• Protect member identity and review accounts for alerts and irregularities
• Identify and respond to potential fraud or abuse patterns
• Demonstrate proficiency with systems and engagement techniques for accuracy
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
