Everforth Apex is seeking a Branch Specialist in Houston, TX to provide exceptional member service in a high-volume, schedule-driven environment. You will handle teller-line transactions, verify member identities, and promote banking products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly within a structured operation.
• Perform teller-line transactions and related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and fraud resolution.
• Protect and verify the identity of members, reviewing account information for alerts and irregularities.
• Identify and respond to fraud or abuse indicators.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple systems and engagement techniques for accuracy and satisfaction.
• Identify and recommend additional products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures while supporting a positive member interaction experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
