Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Personal Banker to support branch banking teams and grow member relationships in Texas. The role focuses on identifying member financial needs, opening new accounts, offering loan options, and guiding investments while delivering outstanding service.

The Personal Banker will help manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, promote online banking, and work with partners to recommend products, aiming to meet sales goals and adhere to security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience.
• Experience with IRA and money market products preferred.
• Able to open and maintain accounts and process transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with members.
• Engage with members to open new accounts and provide loan options.
• Promote Wellby products and services and meet sales targets.
• Assist with teller coverage and branch operations.
• Maintain security and compliance with bank policies.
