Job summary

Wellby in Houston seeks a Personal Banker to support branch teammates and build relationships with members, helping them achieve financial goals. You will open accounts, discuss loan options, and guide investments while delivering excellent member service and meeting sales targets.

You will work with other branches to follow policies, handle lobby traffic, and participate in proactive sales conversations, including outbound calls and appointment setting, with a focus on accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail.
• IRA and MOD experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and support branch banking.
• Open new accounts, discuss loans, and guide investments.
• Assist with teller functions as needed.
• Achieve sales targets and promote products.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and BSA.
