Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Personal Banker to support branch teams and build relationships with members. You’ll help members open accounts, discuss loan options, and guide them with online banking and investments, aiming to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding service.

In this full‑time hourly role, you’ll work with colleagues to follow policy and compliance, manage lobby traffic, verify eligibility, process transactions, and promote Wellby products across the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IRA and MOD experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide branch coverage and support to tellers as needed.
• Open new accounts and process basic banking transactions.
• Promote the credit union’s products and services to members.
• Identify member financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and BSA requirements.
• Deliver excellent member service and meet sales targets.
