Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with the public.
• Flexibility to support other branches based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate members on available banking services and products.
• Cash checks and disburse funds after verification of signatures and sufficiency of funds.
• Accept deposits and verify transaction accuracy; issue receipts.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain orderly cash vaults; follow security procedures.
• Prepare money orders and cashier’s checks as needed.
• Record transactions in the bank systems and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide timely responses to member requests and support branch coverage as required.
