Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Minimum one year experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with the public.
• Flexibility to support other branches based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
• Educate members on banking services and products available.
• Greet and assist members, manage lobby traffic and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawers, and ensure security.
