Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Personal Banker to support branch banking teams and build lasting member relationships. You'll help members achieve financial goals by opening accounts, offering loan options, and guiding investments, while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

You'll work with branch colleagues to follow policies, handle member interactions professionally, and may cover tellers or other branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience and/or bank teller.
• IRA and MOD experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Bondable

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coverage to branch banking team members.
• Identify members' financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Open new accounts and handle deposits, withdrawals, and loans.
• Promote Wellby's products and services to meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and internal policies.
