• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every member with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Possesses a genuine passion for helping people.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell opportunities such as checking accounts and loans.
• Refer mortgage and commercial loans to appropriate departments.
• Understand and interpret credit reports to offer solutions.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
