Mountain America Credit Union in Utah is seeking a Financial Service Representative (FSR) I to assist members with their financial needs, open new accounts, and provide cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with members to understand goals and recommend MACU products and services.

The role involves loan servicing transactions, handling refunds and adjustments, and delivering exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to open new accounts and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with members.

Responsabilités

• Assess member needs and advise on MACU products to improve their financial situation.
• Open and service accounts, process loans and cross-sell services as appropriate.
• Follow regulatory requirements and document member interactions accurately.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals through outbound and in-branch activity.
