Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative in Price, UT to deliver exceptional member service, open and service accounts, and assist customers with a range of financial products. The role includes weekday hours with some Saturdays and offers incentives, competitive pay, and benefits.

You will help members meet their financial goals, cross-sell services, and handle branch transactions while maintaining accurate records and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficient computer operating skills; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products.
• Cross-sell financial services and meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain branch cash drawer and process transactions; assist with IRA/CDs.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; follow MACU onboarding processes.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and maintain professional conduct.
