Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for a full-time member services role. You will help members with accounts, transfers, and product guidance, while delivering excellent service and cross-selling suitable MACU products.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, competitive starting pay and benefits, plus location and bilingual allowances for Spanish-speaking members.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and assisting with accounts and products.
• Educate members on options and cross-sell MACU products as appropriate.
• Meet sales and service goals and handle transactions accurately.
• Respond to member inquiries via email/phone and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in branch operations including cash drawer, transfers, and card creation.
