• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous financial industry experience preferred.
• Able to learn and apply various software applications.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail service with cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary member service and follow service standards.
• Listen actively, understand questions, and guide to products.
• Process transactions including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals and card transactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations (BSA/OFAC) and participate in required training.
• Balance cash drawer daily and perform end-of-day duties.
