Job summary

Straits Area Federal Credit Union (SAFCU) is seeking a Full Service Representative to support members with financial transactions and service requests. You will maintain a high level of professionalism, learn SAFCU products, and help members with account needs across our Cheboygan, Indian River, or Mackinaw City branches.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with some Saturdays 8:30am–12:30pm, and reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to members with courtesy and professionalism, providing prompt and accurate service.
• Book appointments for members as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
