Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at the front end.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Guides members on using self-service technology.
• Follows safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, and reports hazards.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and verifies membership where required.
• Supports training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes.
• Delivers program rollouts and opportunities for continuous learning.
