FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller at our Roosevelt, NY branch to deliver exceptional member experiences by processing transactions and building relationships. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions with accuracy, while sharing product knowledge and referring members to appropriate services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Cultivate member relationships and identify product needs.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional needs.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and daily reports.
• Maintain compliance with policies and banking regulations.
