Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six months of financial institution or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify member needs, build relationships, and recommend products and services.
• One-year related financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each interaction creates a positive member experience with relevant financial solutions.
• Own the end-to-end membership and account opening process, including complex ownership types and compliance.
• Verify cash transactions and balance cash drawers according to Horizon's standards.
• Open deposit accounts and cross-sell products and services to members.
