Financial Staffing Resources, Ltd. in Dallas seeks an friendly teller to provide fast, accurate service to members in person and by phone.

You will handle everyday transactions, assist with account needs, and support the Call Center by balancing the branch ATM and cash vault. Ideal candidates have banking or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach to a fast-paced credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Previous teller or banking experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with cash handling.
• Comfortable assisting members in person and by phone.
• Willingness to learn credit union systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions at the teller counter.
• Post teller transactions received through incoming mail.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist members with questions.
• Support the Call Center Supervisor with balancing the branch ATM and cash vault.
• Order supplies when the Call Center Supervisor is unavailable.
• Assist members with address changes, account adjustments, and other account maintenance needs.
• Order Visa Check Cards and process card maintenance requests.
• Process member check orders and reorders.
• Mail overdraft notices to members.
• Process ACH and check stop-payment requests.
• Complete ACH origination forms.
• Provide backup support to employees at other branches as needed.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.
