Job summary

Calhoun-Liberty-Credit-Union is seeking a Teller to deliver quality member service and handle financial transactions. You will assist with Card Services, maintain cash controls, and help drive member satisfaction and loyalty while upholding the credit union's values.

Essential duties include balancing cash, processing routine transactions, complying with BSA/OFAC and internal controls, and collaborating with team members to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year of cash-handling/retail/service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office proficiency beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality member service.
• Balances vault, till drawers, and cash recyclers.
• Orders cash from Federal Reserve and handles cash/coin returns.
• Assists with Card Services and plastic issues.
• Opens/closes accounts and processes routine member transactions.
• Supports branch goals and promotional activities.
• Ensures compliance with laws and internal controls (BSA, OFAC).
• Manages Skip-A-Pay forms and updates in system.
• Follows scheduling and performs other duties as assigned.
