Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervising associates and assigning duties to ensure member satisfaction.
• Communicates membership information and assists with processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Provides member service by helping customers with purchases, information, and self-service tech guidance.
• Oversees area operations including merchandise organization, returns, and cleanliness, following company policies.
• Completes accounting records and transactions following store procedures and maintains confidentiality.
