Qualifications

• 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow.
• Model Sam’s Club values, practice servant leadership and accountability.
• Foster curiosity, change readiness and adoption of digital tools.
• Delivers customer-focused results with an omni-merchant mindset and EDLP/EDLC alignment.
