Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: leading a front-end team and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties, training and providing guidance on service approaches.
• Communicate goals and feedback, ensure member issues are resolved per company guidelines.
• Process memberships, upgrades, credits, renewals, and participate in sales/marketing events.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, assist with purchases, self-checkout guidance, and club pickup orders.
• Oversee area: manage merchandise, shrink, damages, and maintain cart access and parking lot cleanliness.
• Maintain accounting records, deposits, and cash handling per policy; protect confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to implement processes, monitor results, and drive improvements.
• Uphold ethics and Open Door Policy; support compliance and address issues; lead teams and mentor others.
