Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service at the front of the store.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Resolves member issues and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Guides members on using self-service technology when needed.
• Assists with payments, returns, and exchanges according to policy.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps as required.
• Maintains merchandise and organizes aisles to improve shopping flow.
• Acknowledges members and helps locate merchandise as requested.
