Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction and feedback.
• Train associates on processes and procedures and provide guidance on member service approaches.
• Ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines.
• Support membership by providing information on membership types, processing memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Process transactions at registers or self-checkout and assist with cash handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandise zoning and organization.
