Sam's Club in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Front End Associate to assist management in supervising associates and ensuring smooth checkout operations, member service, and merchandising in the assigned area.

You will train and coach team members, handle front-end equipment and cash registers, process memberships and transactions, and help resolve member questions while maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Formación

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates assigned area and provide direction.
• Assist with memberships, transactions, and customer questions.
• Maintain area cleanliness and organize merchandise.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy.
