Job summary

Sam's Club in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an attentive associate to support store operations, supervise teammates, train staff, and uphold our Open Door Policy. You will help members with purchases, guidance on self-checkout, and ensure proper handling of returns and claims.

You will also process memberships and credit accounts, promote the value of our products and services, and participate in sales events while helping the team deliver exceptional member service every day.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing direction and guidance, and training on processes and procedures.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases or self-checkout.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; promote membership renewals and benefits, participate in sales events.
