Job summary

Walmart is seeking a front-end supervisor for our Sam's Club in Fridley, MN. You will lead a team, manage checkout areas, assist customers, and ensure member service standards are met. Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Front-end equipment operation experience (cash register) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing guidance to ensure member service.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Promote and process memberships, upgrades, and rewards programs.
• Handle returns and guide customers through transactions and policy adherence.
