Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Delivers safety by following all safety standards and procedures, reporting unsafe situations, and adhering to company policies and ethics.
• Supports membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Walmart products and services, processing memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and meeting membership goals.
• Participates in sales and marketing events and collaborates with managers and coworkers to meet objectives and adapt to change.
