Job summary

Walmart, Cape Coral, FL, is hiring a front-end supervisor to support the open door policy and ensure great member service. You will guide associates, handle transactions, assist shoppers with purchases, and promote memberships and benefits.

You will also participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff while maintaining store standards, accuracy in cash handling, and orderly merchandising. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and training.
• Provide member service and assist with purchases.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Handle claims, returns, and maintain merchandise organization.
• Assist with cash handling and register operations.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and area upkeep.
