Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for all members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation and records.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership options and programs.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and drive new business.
