This part-time role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and a service mindset. Hours include Tue/Thu mornings; flexible scheduling; training offered; you will greet members and process transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation using company systems.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership options.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach and lead generation activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment in line with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with members across in-person, phone, email and text.
