Job summary

Power Wellness is seeking a Part Time Member Services Associate at Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center in DeKalb, IL. You will be the first contact for members, guests and prospects, handling enrollments, payments and inquiries at the service desk.

You will promote memberships and ancillary services, schedule appointments in Compete, balance cash drawers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. CPR/AED may be required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
1 year college or technical school certificate preferred.
Minimum 6 months related experience or training preferred.
2-3 years sales, reception and computer skills preferred.
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee service desk interactions, registrations, and guest check-ins.
Promote memberships and ancillary services such as training and nutrition.
Schedule appointments via Core business software (Compete) and manage reminders.
Balance cash drawers and handle payments per policy.
Enroll members via contracts, obtain signatures and provide handbooks.
Maintain communication with all departments to support members.
