Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch service. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.

You will greet and check in members, inform about membership options and current promotions, answer calls professionally, and update member accounts. You will also operate the POS, keep retail items stocked, maintain club cleanliness, and follow the uniform policy.

Duties may change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned
