Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in retail or customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes Members to the branch and provides service efficiently, professionally, and with a friendly attitude.
• Profiles Members to assess needs and directs them to the proper services; cross-sells products and services and meets referral quotas.
• Accurately performs Symitar functions and balances cash drawer daily.
• Adheres to compliance, policies, and procedures to safeguard branch operations.
• Maintains a professional, clean, and organized branch appearance and image.
• Participates in in-person and online personal development training.
