Metro Credit Union is seeking a Regional Member Specialist to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience across multiple branches in Massachusetts. You will build trusted relationships, connect members with products, and support operations with accuracy and attention to detail.

This on-site role involves assisting members through in-person, phone, and digital channels, handling loans, and helping branches achieve growth and service goals while staying compliant with regulations.

Formación

• Experience in retail banking, financial services, or a member-facing environment.
• Ability to build relationships, identify needs, and deliver service.
• Accurate handling of financial transactions with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between Metro branch locations and work Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members through everyday banking needs and service solutions.
• Connect members to products and lending options based on needs.
• Support multiple branches with teller and operational duties.
• Assist members in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Handle complex questions and escalations with professionalism.
• Complete consumer loan interviews and assist through the application process.
• Collaborate with Retail teams to drive growth and referrals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, security, and risk standards.
