Qualifications

• 1+ year in financial services or banking with sales experience.
• 1+ year of sales, upselling, cross-selling, or performance-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term member relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services.
• Meet and exceed branch sales and performance goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and educate members on solutions.
• Conduct local outreach and business development to grow partnerships.
• Support and strengthen relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs).
• Promote a high-performance, member-first culture.
• Coach and mentor team members through collaboration and communication.
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use the sales model to create seamless member experiences.
